Terms of Service

Stocked is provided by Ioana Thompson (the "seller", "we", "us"), an individual based in Germany. Full provider details are on the Impressum page.

Stocked is a personal home-inventory app. The base tier runs on your device. Stocked Shared adds a backend, household sharing, and AI-assisted features.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure. If you share an account or a household, anyone in it can read and change the shared data.

Please don't:

• Use the app to do something illegal where you live or where we operate.
• Try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, including other people's receipts or personal data.
• Use the recipe URL import to fetch pages from internal or private networks.

We try to keep Stocked working, but we can't promise it'll be up every minute. The base tier keeps working offline if our servers are down; Stocked Shared features that need a server won't.

Local data lives in your browser. If you clear site data, uninstall, or switch devices without using Stocked Shared, that data is gone. With Stocked Shared, items you put in a shared household sync to that household — see the Privacy Policy for the details.

Stocked Shared uses third-party AI to read receipts, transcribe voice entries, suggest recipes, and parse recipe links. AI output can be wrong — please double-check before relying on it for anything that matters (allergies, diet, shopping totals).

Stocked is sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms cover billing, tax, and payment mechanics. The specific refund rules live on the Refund Policy page. Where EU consumer law gives you a stronger right (for example the 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases), it applies on top of these terms.

Stocked's code, name, and design belong to us. Your data belongs to you — we just hold it for you when you use Stocked Shared.

Stocked is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded by law (for example for personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory consumer rights).

You can stop using Stocked at any time, and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
