EU 14-day withdrawal right
If you're a consumer in the EU, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase under your statutory withdrawal right — unless you've already started using the paid features after agreeing to immediate provision. Either way, just email us; we usually approve these without fuss.
Refunds we'll generally honour
- The payment went through twice by mistake.
- You paid for the wrong tier and want to switch within a few days.
- The app has a clear technical problem on our end that prevents you from using what you paid for, and we can't fix it for you within a reasonable time.
- Anything else where it's obvious the right call is yes.
Refunds we'll usually decline
- Long stretches of regular use followed by a refund request.
- Repeated purchase-then-refund patterns on the same account.
- Refund requests based on features that were clearly described before purchase.
These aren't trick rules — they're just there so refunds stay generous for the people who actually need them.
How to request a refund
Email support@stocked-app.com from the email address you used to purchase. You don't need to write a long explanation. We aim to reply within a few business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method by our payment provider.
